• When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent string to help detect spam. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you’re using it. Media

• If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Location Tracking
For users who have subscribed to the Whiz Tracking feature in the CRM app, location data is collected via the GPS functionality of their mobile devices. For users subscribed to the Attendance Module, location data is recorded specifically at the time of sign-in and sign-out when marking attendance.
In addition, for subscribed users, background location data may be collected to enable companies to evaluate their field team’s operational areas throughout the day. The sign-in and sign-out timestamps, along with corresponding location data, are used to verify and assess the geo-location of employees for operational and attendance purposes.
